This application supports full functionality with or without a Wi‑Fi connection, and includes an auto-SYNC feature that maintains operation in Wi‑Fi dead zones.

Supervisors can access equipment information for all buildings and mechanical rooms assigned to their management.

Notable features observed during review include:

• Perform inspections, run equipment tests, and create or update repair reports.
• Access the mechanical rooms document library to assist in managing the equipment within each room; documents include PDFs and short instructional videos, among others.
• Receive push notifications and emails for required inspections and communications from supervisors, configurable on a per-user basis.
• A web version is accessible from a standard web browser at any time.
